Typically, a short-term 2 bedroom, 3 bathrooms fully furnished apartment in Al Alka Greens, with all amenities inclusive of pool, gym, garage and air conditioning, would cost AED 5600 per week. A centrally located apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with similar amenities would cost AED 17,500 per month. The current rental index should push down these rates a bit.
